Walk Through Thousands of Bright Orange Torii at Fushimi Inari-Taisha Shrine in Kyoto
Fushimi Inari Taisha, also know as the golden gates, is a beautiful Shinto Shrine in southern Kyoto. It was also my favorite place to visit in Japan (so far). The shrine has thousands of bright orange gates to pass through to reach the mountaintop.
4 days in Kyoto
Kyoto is old Japan, there are so many beautiful historic sites to see all over the city and just beyond. We enjoyed the light jazz 20s throwback lounges and the plethora of intriguing temples. I left wishing I had more time to explore.
